Agarose Tiny LMH 250 g - M3048.0250

Agarose Tiny LMH is a high purity low melting agarose excellent for capillary electrophoresis and separation of RNA and DNA fragments in analytical gels. Agarose Tiny LMH shows a mid-term gel strengh (> 1500 g/cm2, 3% gel) compared to other low melting agaroses, thus reducing the risk to damage the gel while handling it. This agarose is to be used to separate DNA-fragments below 500bp, especially DNA of primer size. A 3% LMH agarose gel shows results comparable to a 8% polyacrylamide gel. Approximate ranges of separation (in 1 X TAE buffer): 3%: 80-500 bp, 4%: 30-300 bp, 5%: 10-200 bp.
