GenAgarose ISO is specially designed for capillary electrophoresis, for cloning of hybridoma cells, tissue cells, for the preparation of plant protoplasts and for viral plaque assays.

Low melting Agarose especially designed for capillary electrophoresis, for cloning of hybridoma cells, tissue cells, for the preparation of plant protoplasts and for 'viral plaque assays'. Exhibits a very low DNA binding capacity recommended for high percentage gels. All buffer systems can be used. The low melting point (< 60°C) allows isolation of DNA below its melting temperature. The low gelling temperature (< 17°C) allows different manipulation of DNA in the gel (enzymatic digest, ligation, nick translation). It is highly recommended to use gel concentration > 1.2%. Due to the low gellling temperature, gelling has to occur at +4°C overnight.
