Optimised separating Agent for isolation of cells or sub-cellular particles of human origin.

The Genaxxon centrifµgation reagents are optimised to follow the selection criteria for density gradient centrifµgation agents used in cell sorting: Forming stable gradients over desired range. pH and osmolality are easily adjustable. Solutions are not too viscous in case of high density. They do not cause functional or morphological changes in the applied biological material and they do not penetrade biological membranes.
