Lymphocyte Separation Medium. Ficoll based.

The Genaxxon Lymphocyte separation medium enables high yield recovery of lymphocytes and other mononuclear cells from anticoagulated whole blood throµgh a simple centrifµgation step. The erythrocytes aggregate and the granulocytes become slightly hypertonic, increasing their sedimentation rate, resulting in a pellet at the bottom of the centrifµge tube. Lymphocytes and other mononuclear cells remain in the interphase.
