Recombinant Murine Eotaxin produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 74 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8403.2 Dalton.

Eotaxin is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The Biological activity is determined by its ability to induce chemotaxis purified eosinophils at a concentration of 100-1000 ng/mL.
