Recombinant Human Eotaxin produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 74 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 8,345 Dalton. rHuEotaxin is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The activity is determined by the chemoattract of human PBE (peripheral blood eosinophils) at a concentration between 0.1-10 ng/mL.

Technical Data: Purity: > 99.0% (by RP-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, SDS-PAGE). Less than 1% dimers and aggregates. Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. The lyophilized rHuEotaxin is soluble in water and most aqueous buffers above the isoelectric point (pI=11.2). Endotoxin: Less than 0.1 ng/µg (IEU/µg) rHuEotaxin.
