Service includes: Site directed Mutagenesis (Plasmid < 5000 bp). Introduction of mutation. Design and synthesis of primer, mutagenesis and sequencing of mutated region (ca. 600 bp). If more than 1 mutation has to be placed, the implementation of the mutations will be subsequent. You will get all intermediate products. You have to deliver about 10 µg of Plasmid-DNA and will get about 5 µg Plasmid-DNA of the mutated clon including full documentation.
