Rich medium for E.coli to increase solubility of proteins during recombinant expression.

The solubiliser powder is shipped with a propritary solution. The powder has to be dissolved with deionised water and autoclaved. The so prepared medium can be stored at room temperature. Prior to use solubiliser solution B has to be added to the sterile medium. Complete medium is stable for several days at +4°C.
