Rich medium for E.coli to increase solubility of proteins during recombinant expression.

The Genaxxon solubiliser is a ready-to-use formulation. Only the desired antibiotics have to be added to the medium. If you use the solubiliser, be sure to inocculate always with a freshly grown culture (e.g. 1:100 with a culture grown in LB).
