Recombinant Human b-NGF produced in CHO is a homodimer, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 2 identical 119 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 16,950 Dalton. rHub-NGF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The ED50, calculated by PC12 cell line is 1.3-2 ng/mL and by DRG cell line is 0.8-1.5 ng/mL.

Technical Data: Purity: > 99.0% (by RP-HPLC, IEX-HPLC, SDS-PAGE). Less than 1% dimers and aggregates. Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. The lyophilized rHuß-NGF is soluble in water and most aqueous buffers above the isoelectric point (10.42). Endotoxin: Less than 0.1 ng/µg (IEU/µg) rHuß-NGF.
