The Genaxxon bioscience 250bp - 10kbp-ladder is the ideal DNA size marker for fragment sizes from 250 - 10000bp. All bands light up to the same intensity. Each band has been calibrated with respect to base pair size and DNA quantity. Thus, an accurate determination of product size and DNA concentration is possible. No ambiguous bands are visible. The GenLadder 250bp - 10kb can be directly labeled at the 5'-end with radioisotopes using T4 polynucleotide Kinase for visualisation by autoradiography. |

Application: Quantitative molecular weight standard for DNA-electrophoresis
Technical Data: Number of bands: 13; fragment sizes: 300, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 10000 bp. DNA is dissolved at a concentration of 0.2 µg/µL. Storage buffer: 10 mM EDTA, 10% Glycerin, 0.015% bromophenol blue and 0.15% SDS. We recommend to load 5 µL per lane.
