The Genaxxon BioScience 50 bp DNA Ladder is an ideal DNA size marker for fragment sizes from 50 - 1000 bp. The 1000, 750, 500 and 250 bp bands light up more intensive for better orientation. Each band has been calibrated with respect to base pair size. Thus, an accurate determination of product size is possible. No ambiguous bands are visible. Band sizes: 50pb (2X), 100bp, 150bp, 200bp, 250bp (2X), 300bp, 350bp, 400bp, 450bp, 500bp (2X), 550bp, 600bp, 650bp, 700bp, 750bp (2X), 800bp, 850bp, 900bp, 950bp, 1000bp (2X).
