Genaxxon's new line of DNA molecular markers for use in electrophoresis of DNA in agarose and polyacrylamide gels. The DNA molecular markers are available in two different formulations. Our High-Range mixture contains fragments from 10-50 kb in length, and our Wide-Range mixture contains fragments in the full range of 0.1 to 50 kb in length (perfect for gene mapping and RFLP analysis). All are made from carefully purified Lambda (+ strand) DNA, digested with various restriction enzymes, and modified to prevent re-annealing. 24 DNA fragments: 100, 224, 702, 1,264, 1,503, 1,929, 2,323, 3,675, 4,827, 5,686, 7,639, 8,454, 10,086, 15,004, 23,994, 24,508, 29,964, 33,498, 38,416, and 48,502b. |
