Comparison of protein expression efficiency of 5 rec. virus clones. Chosing most effective clone. Infection of 1.0x10(8) Sf9 cells and harvesting of supernatant after 72 hours. Second round of infection and harvesting of supernatant after 72 hours. Third round of infection in roller bottles or spinners with harvesting after 72 hours after infection. Viral titer is determined by plaque assay. Sterile filtration and mycoplasm test.
