The Genomic DNA Prep Kits 100 has been optimised for reproducible extraction of cellular genomic DNA from human or animal blood samples from 100 - 200 µL. Extreme low elution volumes (e.g. 20 µL) are the guarantee for high concentrated DNA (A260/A280 = 1.70 – 1.95).

"This Genomic DNA purification kit has been designed for the reproducible extraction of cellular total DNA from Human and Animal blood (100-200 µL sample volumn). The very low elution volumn of only 20 µL guaranties highly concentrated, pure DNA (A260/A280 = 1.70 – 1.95). The purified DNA is ideally suited for further applications as PCR; Long Rang PCR, restriction digest, Sequencing, DNA fingerprint, etc.. DNA can be purified from different sources: fresh or frozen blood (citrate-, EDTA- or heparin stabilised), plasma, serum, buffy coat, etc.. This kit is suitable for DNA amounts of 2 to 4 µg DNA."
