The Tissue DNA Prep Kits has been designed for fast and efficient isolation of genomic DNA from different tissues. Extreme low elution volumes (e.g. 20 µL) are the guarantee for high concentrated DNA (A260/A280 = 1.70 – 1.95) usable for example for sequencing reactions.

This Genomic DNA purification kit has been designed for the fast and efficient isolation of genomic DNA from different tissues (all animal tissue or cells, e.g. mouse tails, liver, gram negative bacteria). The highly pure and concentrated DNA (A260/A280 = 1.70 – 1.95) is ideally suited for further applications as PCR; Long Rang PCR, restriction digest, Sequencing, DNA fingerprint, etc.. Sample size/volume: 10 mg tissue; 2-4 mm mouse tail pieces. Recovery: 15 - 25 µg DNA from 2-4 mm mouse tail pieces. 25 - 40 µg DNA from 10 mg liver.
