The PSI Clone Mini BAC DNA isolation kit provides high quality, high purity Bacterial Artifical DNA. This kit is designed for yields up to 1.0 µg BAC DNA from 3 - 25 mL terrific broth culture.

The PSI Clone BAC DNA isolation kits utilise an alkaline lysis protocol and a high capacity, highly efficient, hydrophylic non-silica anion exchange resin. No enzyme treatments or organic extractions are required. The purified BAC DNA is of template quality and is suitable for running sequencing reactions and biochemical characterisations, e.g. PCR or restriction digests.
