Mixture of 5' and 6' Carboxy-Tetramethylrodamine. N-hydroxysuccinimyl (NHS) ester activated, amino-reactive Protein Labeling and Purification Kit for fast and convenient labeling. Excitation 558 nm. Emission 575 nm.

Whether you want to label monoclonal antibodies, secondary IgG, enzymes or other proteins (> 25 kDa), this labeling kit is unsurpassed in simplicity, ease-to-use and flexibility. Choose between N-hydroxysuccinimidyl esters of carboxy-Fluorescein, carboxy-Tetramethylrhodamine, or carboxy-X-Rhodamine and between 2 standard labeling protocols for either 100 µg or 1 mg protein. You can also choose your own conditions and degree of labeling. Purification of the labeled protein is accomplished with our Centri Sep Spin columns. Using a table-top centrifµge, the labeled protein is purified by simply pipetting the labeling reaction into two hydrated Centri Sep columns and centrifµge for 2 minutes. The elution buffer can be choosen by customer, allowing the immediate use of the labeled protein.
