The Alligator ligation kit ligates sticky and blunt end fragments as well as T/A or UA overhangs in less than a minute. No unnecessary pipetting as you have only to mix your DNA with our Alligator mix at room temperature. After the ligation, your mixture is ready for transformation. Just add the mix to competent cells (for optimal results please use our optimised competent cells) and do transformation. If you have used the Genaxxon competent cells you can plate cells 20 minutes after transformation. This kit is shipped on dry-ice, for which we will bill separately.
