FSL-1 Ala-scan 1.8 mg

The Ala-scan collections (FSL-1 Ala-scan and Rhodopseudomonas viridis Ala-scan) are designed for the investigation of the biologically relevant amino acid residues of the peptide moiety of lipopeptides. For a complete list of all lipoproteins see attachement.

The Ala-scan collections represent lipopeptide collections with sequential Alanine substitutions in the amino acid sequences of FSL-1 (Pam2Cys-GDPKHPKSF) and of the N-terminal part of the cytochrome subunit of the photosynthetic reaction center from Rhodopseudomonas viridis (Pam2Cys-FEPPPATTT). The FSL-1 Ala-scan collection and teh Pam2Cys-FEPPPATTT collection contain 9 vials, each containing 0.2 mg lipopeptide (sequence details see attachement).
