CMRL-1066 without L-Glutamine, without phenol red, with 2.2 g/L NaHCO3, sterile filtered.

To be used for serum free applications as well as with serum supplement. Very well suited for growth of Earle's L-cells. Used for cloning of monkey kidney and other mammalien cells, in conjunction with horse- or calf serum as supplement. CMRL-1066 is a modified version of Medium 199, originally designed for mouse L-cells for non-supplemented culture conditions.
