Mouse Anti-Human IL-2 receptor (mAHuIL-2r) 1 mg

Immunogen: Con A-activated human T cells. Lyophilised antibody is stable for 48 months. Shelf life in solution at 4°C: 1 month.

Product: purified by Protein A sepharose. Storage conditions: Lyophilised: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstitute with 0.5mL H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30 - 60 seconds before use. Titer / Applications: 1:50 dilution will block 70-80% of CTLL proliferative response to 50 units of r.human IL-2 and will stain 70% of PHA-activated human T cells (by FACS) 10µL will stain 106 IL-2R positive cells for FACS analysis or sorting.
