Reconstitute with 0.5mL H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30 - 60 seconds before use. This antibody was produced in BALB/c mice. Applications: Direct ELISA, Western Blot, Immune precipitation, Immunohistochemistry. Titer: By direct ELISA, 1:20,000 dilution will yield > 1.0 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
