Product: purified by Protein A sepharose (high salt). Storage conditions: Lyophilised: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstitute with 0.5mL H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30 - 60 seconds before use. Applications: Direct ELISA, Immune precipitation Immunohistochemistry. (Does Not work in Western Blotting). This is a Neutralizing antibody. Titer: By direct ELISA, 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.5 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
