Product: purified by Protein A sepharose (high salt). Storage conditions: Lyophilised: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C. Reconstitute with 0.5 mL H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30 - 60 seconds before use.

Antibody binds very well to protein A in a buffer (PBS) containing high salt (3M NaCl)."
