The mastermix is shipped in aliquots of 2 x 1.25mL (equals 200 x 25µL reactions/250x20µL reactions). For quantitative, Real-Time PCR with EvaGreen dye (equal to SybrGreen) in BioRad® CFX96; Roche LightCycler® 480; MJ Research Opticon™ and Opticon™ 2; MJ Research Chromo® 4; Corbett Rotor-gene® 6000,3000; Eppendorf® Realplex 2.

The Genaxxon GreenMastermix is shipped in aliquots of 2 x 1.25mL (equals 200 x 25µL reactions/250x20µL reactions). The mastermix is optimised for Real-Time PCR assays in Block systems and capillaries and contains all components to perform quantitative PCR with the exception of primer and template DNA. This 2X Mastermix is ready-to-use and contains optimised amounts of all ingredients (Hot-Start Polymerase, dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dUTP, EvaGreen (an analogue fluorescent dye to SybrGreen that intercalates into DNA), optimized reaction buffer with KCl and MgCl2, stabilizers and enhancers) to enable even amplification of low copy number targets and additionally UNG (Uracil-N-Glycosylase) for prevention of carry-over. Data show that this kit can perform comparable to ones from market leaders. The small aliquote size of 1.25mL makes handling and storage easier (less freeze - thaw cycles per aliquot). The mix contains also dUTP instead of dTTP to have the possibility to prevent carry-over contaminations of DNA from previous PCR reactions.
