ready to use PCR dNTP-Mix (Na-salt) - 10 mM 200 µL

dNTP Mix of dA, dC, dG, dT (10mmol/L each). Delivered as 200µL solution (Na-salt).

The Genaxxon dNTP-Mix is a pre-mixed solution containing the sodium salts of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a concentration of 10 mM in water. The pre-mix is optimised for use in DNA-polymerisation and other applications. Total concentration of the dNTPs is 40 mM, pH 7.0. Use one microliter of Mix for PCR in 50µLL reaction volume. Caution: dNPTs are stable at -20°C in a constant-temperature freezer. Avoid multiple thawing/freezing. For long term usage we recommend to aliquote nucleotides.
