B-enhancer solution for Multiplex-PCR or GC-rich targets. For 1000 PCR-reactions (50µL PCR).

B-enhancer solution is used to improve Multiplex-PCR results or PCR of GC-rich targets. Stock concentration is 5M. Working concentration is 1M. Results show that the Genaxxon bioscience B-enhancer solution is comparable with Qiagens Q-solution. The enhancer solution should be used at annealing temperatures that are lower than typically used. An annealing temperature of 55°C is normally seen with primer having a melting temperature between 60-65°C. The optimal annealing temperature should be determined individually for each reaction.
