PSI Clone 96 High Throughput purification of amplification products from PCR reactions. Kit contains 1 x 96 plate that can be used for vacuum or centrifugation applications.

The PSI Clone 96 kit is designed to provide a rapid method for processing PCR reaction products in a convenient 96 well format. Protocols are provided for vacuum or centrifµgation applications. Both protocols are fast and result in high yield, high purity DNA. DNA fragments (1 kb up to 10 kb) from PCR reactions first bind to the membrane in the plate supplied with the kit. Subsequent washing steps remove residual primers, nucleotides, enzymes, salts and unincorporated dyes. Lastly, DNA is eluted in a low salt buffer at high concentration. The purified DNA is suitable for further molecular operations (i.e. direct sequencing or subcloning) without any additional processing.
