Immunogen: specific peptide from the C-terminus of human cyclin A.

Purified rabbit polyclonal antibody (100 µg in 0.5 mL) in PBS with 0.2% BSA and 0.09% NaN3. Species reactivity: human, mouse, rat (others not tested). HeLa cells or tonsil can be used as positive control. Suited for western blot, immunoprecipitation (native) and histochemistry on formalin fixed paraffin sections (staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer pH 6.0 for 10 - 20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.).
