N-terminal biotinylation of Protein (10 mg)

Biotinylation of 10 mg of given Protein. Protein has to be delivered.

Coupling of Biotin to 10 mg of given Protein via N-terminus of protein. Modification occurs by chemical reaction of aminocapronic acid-NHS-ester of Biotin. Konjµgate is purified by GPC chromatography. Recovery of biotinylated protein is about 80% (delivery of about 8 mg of modified protein).
