Complete N-terminal Protein Sequencing Service, including Protein cleavage, Peptide fractionation by HPLC, N-terminal sequence analysis of 15 amino acids and database analysis. At least 50 pmol of a pure protein sample are required. An additional service of protein separation by SDS-PAGE prior to cleavage in gel and protein identification may be offered on request. (This is recommended if the sample is not completely homogeneous to prevent problems with protein identification).
