Proteinidentification by ESI-MS/MS set-up

Proteinidentification by nano-ESI-MS/MS of Coomassie stained proteins.

Service includes sample pre-treatment, proteolytic digestion, extraction of peptides, desalting and concentration, followed by subsequent ESI-MS/MS including complete sequencing of 2 of the peptides generated by the tryptic digest. The results of the ESI-MS and the MS/MS sequencing will be checked by a data-base research. Customer will get a complete documentation including spectra and significance analysis of the data. It will be optimal to get proteins from a Coomassie stained gel (from 2 pmole up). If the protein can not be specified for what ever reason we will bill set-up costs of 200.00 Euro.
