Requirements: Protein concentration should be greater than 10 pmol. Electroblotted proteins on PVDF- or modified glass fiber (NOT nitrocellulose!) can be stained by coomassie or other dyes. Liquid / Lyophilized samples should be provided as concentrated as possible and in low salt buffers. See also product: P2047.
