HAT supplement (50 X). Hybridoma culture tested, Lyophilized powder, g-irradiated

Hybridoma tested. Reconstitution: Reconstitute contents of vial with 10 mL sterile cell culture medium. When reconstituted to 10 mL, each vial contains 5×10-3M hypoxanthine, 2×10-5M aminopterin, 8×10-4M thymidine. Dilute to 500 mL. Store solution at 2-8°C for approx. 5 days. For long term storage aliquot and freeze at -20°C.
