HAT supplement (50X). Hybridoma culture tested. 10 bottles with 10mL solution each.

HAT media supplement is supplied as a sterile solution. The solution contains 5×10-3M hypoxanthine, 2×10-5M aminopterin, 8×10-4M thymidine. When 10mL of 50X concentrate are diluted to 500mL with sterile cell culture medium, the final concentration of hypoxnthine, aminopterin and thymidine are 100µM, 0.4µM and 16µM, respectively. Store solution at 2-8°C for approx. 5 days. For long term storage aliquot and freeze at -20°C.
