Hybridoma tested. Reconstitution: Reconstitute contents of vial with 10 mL sterile cell culture medium. When reconstituted to 10 mL, each vial contains 5 × 10-3 M hypoxanthine, 8 × 10-4 M thymidine. Dilute to 500 mL. Store solution at 2-8°C.
