HT supplement (50X). Hybridoma culture tested. 10 bottles with 10mL solution, each.

HT media supplement is supplied as a sterile solution. The solution contains 5×10-3M hypoxanthine and 8×10-4M thymidine. When 10mL of 50X concentrate are diluted to 500mL with sterile cell culture medium, the final concentration of hypoxnthine and thymidine are 100µM and 16µM, respectively. Store solution at 2-8°C for approx. 5 days. For long term storage aliquot and freeze at -20°C.
