Package Size: 20 µg Recombinant Human b-NGF produced in CHO is a homodimer, glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 2 identical 119 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 16,950 Dalton. rHub-NGF is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. The ED50, calculated by PC12 cell line is 1.3-2 ng/mL and by DRG cell line is 0.8-1.5 ng/mL.
