Package Size: 1 mg The newly discovered cytokine interleukin-20 (IL-20) is structurally related to IL-10, yet it appears to be an autocrine factor for keratinocytes that regulates their participation in inflammation. IL-20 is fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by the dose-dependant stimulation of human MO7e cells is < 0.2 ng/mL, corresponding to a Specific Activity of 5 x 10(6) IU/mg.
