Package Size: 100 µg Antibody purified from murine ascites fluid by Protein G chromatography. Delivered as 10mM PBS solution, pH7.4 with 0.2% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide. Immunogen: human pheochromocytoma. Antibody recognizes a protein of 68-75 kDa, identified as chromogranin A. Experimental data shows a different epitope is seen with clone LK2H10 than clone PHE5. Reactivity: human, monkey, pig, rat and rabbit. Other species not tested.
