Package Size: 100 mL Convenient and reliable Ready-to-use Hybridisation/Prehybridisation solution which contains: SSC (standard sodium citrate) 6X, Denhards solution 5X and 0.5% SDS. Free of DNAses and RNAses. Used as the basic solution in prehybridisation (to reduce background, denatured sonificated fish sperm DNA is added at a final concentration of 100 mg/ml) and hybridisation procedures.
