Package Size: 10 mg Crotalaria juncea is isolated from the Crotalaria juncea seeds. It is a glycoprotein which displays specificity toward ß-galactosides and specifically interacts with serum glycoproteins, cytochrome b5 and virus surface glycoproteins (BVDV, influenza etc.). Precautions: Crotalaria juncea lectin is supplied as a solution containing between 7-14mg/mL in 0,1 M Sodium bicarbonate, 50 mM lactose pH 8.4. In absence of lactose the lectin will start to agglutinate after a certain time. Storage at pH 8.6-8.8 causes precipitation.
