Package Size: 10 reactions Mixture of activated 5' and 6' Carboxy-Tetramethylrodamine-N-hydroxysuccinimyl (NHS) ester. Amino-reactive Protein Labeling and Purification Kit for fast and convenient labeling. Excitation 558 nm. Emission 575 nm. Whether you want to label monoclonal antibodies, secondary IgG, enzymes or other proteins (> 25 kDa), this labeling kit is unsurpassed in simplicity, ease-to-use and flexibility. Choose between N-hydroxysuccinimidyl esters of carboxy-Fluorescein, carboxy-Tetramethylrhodamine, or carboxy-X-Rhodamine and between 2 standard labeling protocols for either 100µg or 1mg protein. You can also choose your own conditions and degree of labeling. Purification of the labeled protein is accomplished with our CentriSep Spin columns. Using a table-top centrifµge, the labeled protein is purified by simply pipetting the labeling reaction into two hydrated CentriSep columns and centrifµge for 2 minutes. The elution buffer can be choosen by customer, allowing the immediate use of the labeled protein.
