Samples from 20 µL up to 100 µL can be processed reliably and consistently in under 10 minutes. The dry matrix of the Centri Sep columns can be stored indefinitely at RT. Greater than 98% removal of salts, dNTPs and other unwanted low molecular weight impurities. High, uniform signal intensity for base calls from base 1 to over 700.
