Application: Quantitative molecular weight standard for DNA-electrophoresis

Technical Data: Number of bands: 13; fragment sizes: 300, 500, 750, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 8000, 10000 bp. DNA is dissolved at a concentration of 0.2 µg/µL. Storage buffer: 10 mM EDTA, 10% Glycerin, 0.015% bromophenol blue and 0.15% SDS. We recommend to load 5 µL per lane.
