B-Enhancer solution 500 µL - M3041.0500

Package Size: 500 µL B-enhancer solution is used to improve Multiplex-PCR results or PCR of GC-rich targets. Stock concentration is 5M. Working concentration is 1M. Results show that the Genaxxon bioscience B-enhancer solution is comparable with Qiagens Q-solution. The enhancer solution should be used at annealing temperatures that are lower than typically used. An annealing temperature of 55°C is normally seen with primer having a melting temperature between 60-65°C. The optimal annealing temperature should be determined individually for each reaction.
