RNase Inhibitor 10000 units - M3034.1010

Package Size: 10000 units RNase inhibitor inactivates RNase by binding to the enzyme at a ratio of 1:1. RNase can be reactivated from this complex by addition of 7 M urea or heat denaturation of the inhibitor at 65°C. To preserve the full inhibitory action in experiments it is very important to keep at least a 1 mM concentration of DTT.
