Produktinformationen "p-Nitrophenylphosphat (20 mg) Tabletten"

24, bzw.

Recommendation for dissolving the Genaxxon pNPP tablets
Since June 2023 the 20mg pNPP tablets may have a longer dissolution time. The formulation has not changed, but the compression is now stronger to make the tablet more resistant to dehydration. It does not affect the quality of the product. We recommend soaking the tablets for a while before use!

Common buffers used in ELISA tests:

a. 0.1M glycine, pH10.4, 1mM MgCl2, 1mM ZnCl2.
b. 1M diethanolamine, pH9.8, 0.5mM MgCl2.
c. 0.2M Tris, pH8.8, 5mM MgCl2.

Preparation of a sterile solution:
- Prepared solution may be sterilized by filtration (0,2µm). The solution has to be stored at -20°C in aliquots!
