The kit is available in 2 forms for "standard soil" and for highly impure samples.Isolation of DNA in a pure form can be very laborious, especially if the DNA source is from soil or other highly impure samples. As many purification methods fail to separate impurities like humic acids, heavy metals, phenolic compounds or other ionic substances PCR, restriction digests or other molecular biology methods may fail.To overcome these problems our Gene Extraction Kit was developed. it is an easy procedure without additional steps, if you are used to use the "boiling method" to destroy cells and to isolate DNA.The Gene Extraction Kit can be ordered with the product number S5360 or S5361.
